摘要 本文报道了受精后直至出生前不同时间经腹腔注射V_20_5后,对NIH小鼠胚胎一胎儿发育的影响。结果表明,V_2O_5对小鼠胚泡着床前和着床过程无明显影响,也无致畸性和致早产作用,但对胚胎—胎儿的存活和胎儿的骨骼发育有一定影响。可认为,V_2O_5对NIH小鼠是一较弱的发育毒物。另外,报道了敌枯双(阳性对照物)对NIH小鼠的发育毒性。 There is no genral agree-ment yet about the teratogenic effects ordevelopmental toxicity of vanadium innimal studies. This is a report on deve-lopmental toxicity in NIH mice followinginjection of vanadium pentoxide (V_2O_5,5mg/kg body weight, i.p.) at differenttimes of gestation (on days 1-5.6-15,7, 8,9, 10, 11, 14-17 of gestation). No adverse ef-fects of V_2O_5 on pre-implantation andimplantation were noted,and neither wereteratogenicity and premature birth. How-ever, there was toxic effect on embryofetus.Increased frequency of resorptin or fetaldeath on days 6-15, 7,14-17 of gestationwere observed. Delayed ossification ofbons was noted on days 6-15, 8, 10, 14-17 fgestation. These results suggest that _2O_5may be a weall developmental toxicant butnot a teratogen in NIH mice. In addition,this paper reports the developmentaltoxicity, especially teratogenicity of N.N′-methylene-bis (2-amino-1, 3,4-thiadiazole)which was used as the positive control inNIH mice.
