地塞米松磷酸钠对照品量值不确定问题的探讨 被引量：2

摘要 采用高效液相色谱的不同测定方法 ,对 4个批号的地塞米松磷酸钠对照品的量值、降解程度进行了比较 ,考虑了不同批号对照品对供试品含量测定结果的影响 ,验证了该对照品量值的不确定性并提出了改进意见。 The capacities and levels of decomposition in 4 batch numbers of reference substance of dexamethasone sodium phosphate(DSP) are determined. The unstabilized capacity witch affected the determination of contents of DSP samples are verified and some suggestions are offered.
