Determination of Enoxacin in Enoxacin Capsules by HPLC

用高效液相色谱法测定依诺沙星软膏含量。选用ODS -C18柱 ( 4 6mm× 2 0mm ,5μm) ,流动相 :0 0 2 5mol/L磷酸 -乙腈 ( 85∶15) ,用三乙胺调节溶液pH为 3 0 ;检测波长 :2 68nm ;流速 :0 9ml/min ;柱温 :室温。结果 :线性范围为 2～ 2 0 μg/ml,r =0 9999;回收率及RSD分别为 10 0 1%和 0 81%。本法简便 ,灵敏 ,准确。

A HPLC method is established for the determination of enoxacin in enoxacin capsules. HPLC system consisted of ODS-C 18 column (4 6mm×20mm), 0 25mol/L phosphoric acid-acetonitrile(85∶15), use triethylamine adjusts the solutions pH until 3 0 as mobile phase, with detection at 268nm, flow rate 1 0ml/min and column temperature at room temperature. The linear range was 2～20μg/ml. The mean recovery was 100 1%, RSD=0 81%. The method is simple, sensitive and accurate. It is can be used for the quality control of enoxacin capsules.
