电子直线加速器外照射后NOS和SOD的变化研究

摘要 目的探讨β射线放射损伤后NOS和SOD的改变情况。方法采用直线加速器照射制作动物的β损伤模型 ,同时对NIH3T3细胞进行β外照射 ,观察NOS、SOD含量的改变。结果 β损伤后NOS在一定剂量范围内上升 ;SOD则在一定剂量范围内下降。结论 β损伤后能产生自由基 ,但其作用效应主要在全身 。 Objective To investigate the changes of NOS and SOD after β radiation. Methods The animal model of β radiation injury was established by the β radiation produced by the linear accelerator; and irradiated NIH 3T3 cells were studied. In the experiment the contents of NOS, SOD were measured. Results After exposure to β radiation, the content of NOS increased in a certain range of dosage, while the contents of SOD decreased in another certain dosage range. Conclusion After β radiation injury, free radicals can be produced, but their effects only are found on the level of the whole body. However, free radicals have little effect on the changes of irradiated skin.
