摘要
在复合型皮革光亮剂的研制中,对控制成膜配方的因子进行编码处理和实验设计,并对所建立的“光泽度——考察因子”数学模型及约束条件,在计算机上采用蒙特卡罗随机实验法进行模拟,在多种因素同时变动下进行最佳成膜配方的选择,所得光亮剂性能优良。
In the developing of a composite leather polishing agent, the factors
controlling the film formations are coded and designed in experiments.The
mathematical models established of the relationship between the lusters and
the factors studied, and their limiting conditions are imitated by monte
carlo random experiment on a computer.The lilm formations are optimized
with the various factors changed simultaneously,and the characters of the
polishing agent obtained are excellent.
