摘要
作者采用愈创木酚法检测了8名月经正常妇女各1个月经周期的宫颈、阴道分泌物中愈创本酚过氧化物酶(G-Px)活力,同时用血激素RIA法确定被检周期有无排卵及排卵时间。结果发现宫颈粘液中G-Px活力于排卵前2~3天急骤降低,至排卵后1天迅速上升,显示周期性变化;阴道分泌物中G-Px活力虽有排卵前降低趋势,但未显示一致的周期性。作者认为,检测宫颈粘液中G-Px活力可提前2~3天预测排卵时间。
The study was designed todetermine whether the change in the pat-tern of cervicovaginal peroxidase activityin the fertile period of woman can serveas a basis for the development of a tech-nique to predict ovulation time in naturalfamily planning. Eight healthy women vol-unteered for this study in Chengdu area.The samples of cervical mucus and vagin-al secretion were collected.The specific G-Px activity was measured with referenceto the procedure of Tsibris,et al., on days6,8,10, 12 through 16, 18, 20, 22. 24 of eachmenstrual cycle; at the same time an ante-cubital venous blood sample was drawnto be analyzed for levels of LH, FSH, E2.and P by RIA. The data showed that in 7ovulatory cycles the G-Px activity did notvary regularly in vaginal secretion but itdid drop rapidly in cervical mucus 2 or 3days before ovulation time and it roseagain one day after ovulation. The resultssuggest that the measurement of the G-Pxactivity in cervical mucus can be used topredict ovulation by two to three days be-fore the time.
