基因工程 (包括蛋白质工程 )技术给食品工业带来新的革命。综述了基因工程在食品工业诸方面的应用，论及了近年来受到广泛关注的基因工程食品的安全性问题，展望了基因工程的发展前景。
： The genetic engineering technology(including protein engineering)has given a new revolution of Food Industry.The widespread application of genetic engineering in food industry and the safety problem of genentic engineering food having been paid close attention in recent years were summarized in this paper,and the future development was finally prospected.
