多发性硬化患者中枢神经系统IgG自身合成量的研究

The Amount of IgG Synthesized within the Central Nervous System of Patients with Multiple Sclerosis

采用Beckman免疫化学分析仪(ICS-Ⅱ)对40例多发性硬化(MS),20例其他神经疾病患者(0ND),22例神经系统正常者(简称正常组)进行了脑脊液IgG-Alb比率,IgG指数及IgG合成率等指标的检测。结果表明:MS组各指标的均数及阳性检出率较正常组和OND组明显增高,证实MS患者中枢神经系统(CNS)内的确存在IgG自身合成,测定上述指标对MS有辅助诊断价值,同时发现在用激素治疗的MS中,上述指标的均数和阳性率较未用激素者明显降低,提示激素将影响CNS内IgG的合成量。

IgG-Alb ratio, IgG indexand IgG synthesis rate were determined in40 patients with multiple sclerosis (MSgroup). 20 patients with other neurologicdiseases (OND group) and 22 normal per-sons (normal group) by using Beckman Im-munochemistry System Ⅱ. The resultsshowed the average values and abnormalfrequencies of the three parameters in MSgroup were significantly higher than thosein the normal group and OND, group (P<0.01). indicating the synthesis of IgG withinthe central nervous system (CNS) in MS.These parameters were increased in most ofthe MS patients. Therefore, they could beused in the diagnosis of MS. It was alsofound that the amount of IgG synthesizedwithin CNS was decreased in patientstreated with corticosteroids.
