人脑脊液载脂蛋白AⅠ、B100、CⅡ、CⅢ及E的测定

Apolipoproteins AⅠ, B100, CⅡ, CⅢ and E in Human Cerebrospinal Fluid

用载脂蛋白研究室建立的人血清载脂蛋白单向免疫扩散测定法,对人脑脊液载脂蛋白(apo)AⅠ、B100、CⅡ、CⅢ及E的含量进行了测定。结果表明,人脑脊液不含apoB100、CⅡ,含极微量的apoCⅢ,微量apo AI(1.00±0.54mg/dl,n=7,相当于正常人血清含量121.3±21.5mg/dl的0.8％)及相对较多量的apoE(0.69±0.16mg/dl,n=16,相当于正常人血清含量3.10±0.56mg/dl的22.2％)。并对所得结果进行了讨论。

Apolipoproteins AⅠ, B100,CⅡ, CⅢ and E contents were measuredby radial immunodiffusion assay kits de-veloped by our Research Unit. The apoli-poprotein in 10 human cerebrospinal fluidsamples was determined. Results showthat there are no apo B100, CⅡ or traceapo CⅢ in human cerebrospinal fluid.thelevels of apo AI in cerebrospinal fluid are1.00±0.54 mg/dl with a range of 0.35-2.00mg/dl and the apo E content is 0.69±0.16mg/dl with a range of 0.51-0.99 mg/dl.The results are discussed.
