摘要
通过木片蒸煮时间对意杨薄型中纤板生产工艺及板材力学性能影响的观察试验 ,结果表明 :单一意杨原料生产薄型中纤板的强度高 ,外观质量好 ;当意杨与马尾松按 75∶ 2 5比例混合时 ,在同样的蒸煮条件下生产同样厚度的中纤板时 ,压机的进料速度明显提高。但板材表面色泽加深 。
The effect of different digesting time for chips on manufacturing technology and properties of 2.5 mm thin medium density fiberboard (MDF) with Southern Type Poplar (Populus spp.) were investigated. The test result showed: by using Southern Type Poplar chips only and with 3 min digesting time, the thin MDF demonstrated good in properties and appearance; By using mixed chips of 75% Poplar and 25% Masson Pine (Pinus massoniana), the quality of board, both their properties and surface color, was lower, but the feeding speed of hot press could be increased obviously.
