Based on application experience of programmable logic controller (PLC) system in production line of medium density fiberboard(MDF), the controlling effect between PLC and relay controlling system were compared and the effects of PLC system on board quality were also analyzed. Finally, some necessary attention and maintenance measures of PLC system were introduced.
