冷冻疗法在晚期鼻及鼻窦恶性肿瘤治疗中的应用

本文报告1983～1988年在我院治疗的晚期鼻及鼻窦恶性肿瘤12例,其中T_32例,T_410例。采用手术切除及冷冻,术后放疗,效果尚满意。6例已存活3～4年。

Twelve cases of advanced malignant tumors of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses in our hospital from 1983 to 1988 were reported.According to UICC(1987)the clinical sta- ging of this series was as follows.T_3N_0 2,T_4N_0 9,T_4N_(?) 1. All these 12 cases were treated by surgical extirpation of tumor followad by cryo- therapy,and postoperative rediotherapy.The results were generally satisfactory. As a result of the combined therapy,6 cases one still alive 3-4 years after operation.
