以白柚果汁为例 ,分别热灌装于BOPP (biaxialorientedpolypropyle与PET (polyethyleneterephthalate)瓶内 ,藉分析贮藏3 5d于 4℃、 2 5℃及 3 7℃之温度下样品之物理化学性质 。
With pomelo juice as an example, the effects of two different plastic bottles, BOPP (biaxial oriented polypropylene) and PET (polyethylene terephthalate), on the physicochemical properties of the hot-filled pomelo juice during storage at 4, 25 and 37℃ for 35 days were investigated.
