摘要
对以镇江香醋、灵芝、蜂蜜等为原料制作保健饮料的技术进行了研究 ,通过正交试验 ,确定了灵芝醋饮料的制作工艺配方 ,开发出芳香可口的新型灵芝醋保健饮料。
In the thesis, the author attempts to study the technology for the processing of health drinks with Zhenjiang vinegar, glossy ganoderma and honey as their main materials. The formula is determined by orthogonal tests to give new fragrant and delicious health drinks.
