脑动脉硬化症患者的颈动脉B型超声波探查

B-mode Real-time Ultrasonic Imaging of Carotid in Patients with Cerebral Arteriosclerosis

采用B型超声波探查了142例脑动脉硬化症患者的颈动脉系统颅外段。结果发现:颈动脉硬化征与眼底动脉硬化和脑动脉硬化症的严重程度有关。认为,采用B型超声波颈动脉扫描可作为脑动脉硬化症诊断的辅助手段。

In this paper,we report a method of examining carotid using B-mode real-time ultra- sound in 142 patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis.It was found that arteriosclerosis of carotid was related to seriousness of cerebral and optical fundus arteriosclerosis.The authers suggest that B-mode real-time ultrasonic imaging of carotid should be considered as the supplementary method in diagnosis of cerebral arteriosclerosis.
