氟哌啶醇对正常人外周血淋巴细胞转化率的影响

Study on the Effects of Haloperidol on Lymphocyte Transformation Rate in Normal Individuals

采用体外淋巴细胞转化实验(体外淋转)就氟哌啶醇对人体细胞免疫功能有无抑制作用进行了初步研究。结果表明,未处理组与氟哌啶醇各剂量组问的淋巴细胞转化率(LTB)的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同处理时间对LTR有一些影响,但同一处理时间不同剂量组间以及不同处理时间组的LTR的差异无显著性(P>0.05)。本实验结果提示,氟哌啶醇对体外淋转实验无影响,但要证明该药没有免疫毒性尚需更多的实验依据。

Preliminary study on the effect of Haloperidol on Lymphocyte Transformation Rate (LTR)in 4 male individuals with well being was performed.It was shown that there was no significant difference in LTR among a control and various groups treated with Haloperidol(P>0.05)Also,no significant difference of LTR existed among groups tr- eated with various dosages of Haloperidol at different times(P>0.05) The outcome suggests that haloperidol probably has no effect of inhibition LTR in no- rmal individuals,but further investigations are needed to confirm this conclusion.
