摘要
本文通过应用微波组织凝固器行肝脏手术16例观察,体会到此法具有操作简便、止血彻底、防癌扩散和副作用小等优点。而与传统切肝相比,微波切肝有其技术特点。
This article presented the clinical experiences of 16 cases of hepatic surgery using microwave tissue coagulator.This new procedure simplified the operation,greatly reduced the risk of hemorrhage and iatrogenic spread of cancer cells,would be utilized with safely, and rendered the hepatic surgery comparatively easy.Besides,the new operative techn- ique of hepatectomy using MTC was discussed in this paper.
