多普勒超声压差半降时间测量二尖瓣狭窄瓣口面积的价值

摘要 本文报告采用多普勒压差半降时间和二维心动图测量48例风湿性二尖瓣狭窄的二尖瓣口面积。表明二尖瓣分离术后和严重狭窄时,多普勒超声的准确性优于二维心动图直测法。 Forty-eight consecutive patients with rheumatic mitral stenosis were studied, 17 men and 31 women aged 15 to 37 years. 43 cases with mitral stenosis and 5 cases with after valve commissrotomy. The mitral valve area were measured by two-dimensional echocardiography and Doppler pressure half-time method in all patients. Linear regression analysis of the data from 48 patients revealed a good correlation between two-dimensional echocardiography and Doppler pressure half-time method measurements of mitral valve area (r=0.83). The diagnostic accuracy of Doppler pressur half-time method is superior to two-dimensional echocadiography in setimating mitral valve area in patient who have undergone valve commissurotomy and severe mitral stenosis.
