摘要
本文根据Jordanoglou关于FVC-t曲线上每10%FVC段可考虑为线性的原则,推导出计算MTTp的简易公式:MTTp=0.1FVC/2vp。用此公式对健康青少年628例和成人502例测定的结果,与“直接法”比较无显著差异。建立了以年龄为自变量的回归方程,除女性成年MTT_(20~30)%外,余均相关良好。对慢性阻塞性肺病(COFD)患者168例的测定表明,计算值占预计值的百分数均较高,与其他敏感指标接近。故本法测值准确,简便易行,宜于MTTp的推广使用。
The formula MTTp=0.1VC/2vp was derived in this paper from the principle of linear character of each 0.1FVC segment on the FVC-t curve proposed by Jordanoglou. The MTTp of 628 normal adolescents and 502 adults was measured by this calclation, and compared with 'direct method'. The result showed no significant difference between the 2 methods. The regression equations built with age as independent variables had a good correlation except female adult MTT_(20~30)%. The MTTp of 168 COPD patients indicated that the percentages of measured value/predicted value were high, and were near the other sensitive indices. Therefore, this calculation is easily performed with high sensitivity and is suitable for MTTp to be widely used.
