系统性红斑狼疮合并结核14例分析

Clinical Analysis of 14 Cases of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Complicated with Tuberculosis

本文报告SLE合并结核14例,按SLE治疗无效,经配合抗结核治疗有效10例;死亡4例(28.6％),均为晚期SLE之严重合并症。通过临床分析,对SLE合并结核感染的诊断问题进行了初步探讨。

This paper reported 14 cases of systemis lupus erythematosus Complicated with tuberculosis (3.62％).When treated as systemic lupus erythematosus only, the effect was very poor, but coordinated with the antituberculotic therapy, 10 Cases showed good effect. 4 Cases died (28.6％), and the Causes are all severe complications of late stage of Cystemic lupus erythematosus. By the clinical analysis, We make the primary investigation of the diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus complicated with tuberculosis
