摘要
对大、中、小 3种不同粒型的 6个小麦品种主要营养器官的横切解剖研究结果表明 ,维管组织对穗粒重贡献程度是维管束数量大于维管束面积 ,且维管束面积与粒重大小成正比关系。回归分析表明 ,旗叶、旗下叶及茎、穗轴维管束数量可以作为“流”对生产力性状影响程度较大的鉴定指标。
Wheat productive vigor means that the total quantity of organic matter was produced in the whole growth period from its seedling to harvest stage. The result of comprehensive analysis on yield structure of varieties is the number of spikes, which consist of the important yield factor.The high yield variety Humai 9 has a large number of spikes. In the process of experimentation, the sections of root, stem, leaf etc were observed, and in each variety on the strain, the number of vascular bundles and their area were observed. All data gathered in this way were treated by computer analysis with SAS soft elements. The result shows the function of yield in which the number of vascular bundle is larger than that of acreage of vascular bundle. These results are of theoretical and practical importance to the high yielding cultivation in wheat district of Hubei Province and low mid part of Yangtze Valley.\;
