肺和纵隔的恶性纤维组织细胞瘤(附3例报告)

Malignant Fibrous Histocytoma of the Lung and Mediastinum (Report of Three Cases)

本文报告3例恶性纤维组织细胞瘤的外科治疗结果,其中2例原发于肺,1例位于纵隔。本病恶性程度高,有早期复发和远处转移的特点,故应尽早外科手术切除。术后应辅以化疗、放疗和免疫治疗。

This Article Present theresults of surgical treatment of 3 patients with malignant fibrous histocytoma, 2 cases were located in the lung and the another one in the mediastinum. Because of its most malignant tendency and the possibility of early recurrence and distant metastasis, removal of the tumor should be performed as early as possibly. Radiation therapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy should also be given after operation.
