节水灌溉工程综合评价指标体系与定性指标量化方法

Index System and Quantifying Method of Qualitative Index for Comprehensive Evaluation of Water saving Irrigation Project

针对节水灌溉工程涉及因素的复杂性及评价中存在的问题 ,在广泛调研与咨询的基础上 ,建立完善节水灌溉工程综合评价指标体系 ,并对其中定性指标提出量化方法 。

Considering the complexity in evaluating comprehensively a water saving irrigation project, an index system for comprehensive evaluation of water saving irrigation project was established and consummated, based on collecting research data and consulting widely. A method of quantifying qualitative index also is presented in this paper.
