摘要
对东风4 系列柴油机活塞材质的演变过程进行了分析 ,分析指出 ,由于柴油机功率的提高 ,全铝活塞已不能适应当前机车牵引任务的需要 ,建议东风4C和东风4D型机车柴油机活塞全部使用钢顶活塞 ,东风4 和东风4B型 (除客运机车外 )机车可以用球铁活塞。文中提供了铝活塞。
The evolution of DF 4 Series diesel engine piston material was analyzed. The analysis showed that due to increased engine power full aluminium pistons can't suit the requirements of current locomotive traction tasks no longer. It was suggested that steel crown pistons should be used on all DF 4C and DF 4D locomotive diesel engines, and nodular cast iron pistons might be used on DF 4 and DF 4B (except for passenger ones) locomotives. The statistics for application of aluminium, nodular cast iron and steel crown pistons were offered.
