摘要
按传统工艺 ,柴油机下机体的电刷镀层厚度很难超过 0 5mm ,本文对应用电刷镀技术修复ND2 型机车柴油机下机体时如何突破 0 5mm镀层进行分析计算及探讨。
With conventional processes, electroplating thickness of lower blocks of diesel engines hardly exceeds 0.5 mm. How to exceed 0.5mm during renovating lower engine blocks of ND 2 locomotives using electroplating technique was analyzed, calculated and investigated.
