摘要 分析了东风4、12 型机车速度传感器的安装结构和位置 ,指出速度传感器装于转向架的中间轴导致速度传感器传动轴与轴箱压盖相对移动量过大 ,传动轴滑出压盖槽孔是发生多起速度传感器传动轴损坏的根本原因。 The installation structure and location of DF 4 and DF 12 locomotive speed transducers were analyzed. It was pointed out that speed transducers being mounted on bogie middle axles resulted in the excessive relative movement between speed transducer transmission axles and axlebox glands, and transmission axles sliding out of gland holes was the fundamental reason of a great deal of speed transducer transmission axle damage. It was suggested that locomotive speed transducers be mounted on bogie end axles.
