摘要
提出可用 Moldflow的塑料 CAE软件通过模拟来评估、改进、优化产品设计和制造参数。针对中型载货车控制箱防尘罩成型工艺和中型载货车发动机气门室罩盖以塑代钢的成型工艺及产品刚性预测应用 CAE软件进行了分析。通过塑料 CAE模拟计算,可最大限度消除产品设计、模具设计及制品成型过程中可能出现的不足,取代了传统的反复试模、修模等过程,从而降低产品制造成本,缩短产品开发周期。
The product design and manufacturing parameters of plastic parts can be estimated,improved and optimized by simulation using Moldflow CAE software. The moulding processes of dust boot of control box and valve chamber cover substitute plastic for steel in engine in medium duty truck and their product rigidity forecast are analyzed by using CAE software. The defects possibly occurred in the processes of product design, die design and product moulding can be eliminated extremely by CAE simulation calculation for plastic parts,the traditional repeated die adjustment and die repair, etc,can be substituted, this can reduce the product manufacture cost and shorten the product developing cycle.
