Abnormal sound diagnosis is a complicated job which requires the diagnosis person must be not only familiar with the structures,working principles and inspection and repair processes of the engine,but also the judgement of various abnormal sound factors and abnormal sound positions.Combining with actual examples,the various factors to cause the abnormal sounds in engine,such as the influences of working temperature,operating speed,operating load,lubrication condition,operating cycling,ignition in advance angle and etc are analyzed,the judgement of abnormal sound position is explained with an actual example.
