摘要
根据进口发动机气缸修复过程中存在的问题 ,本文针对提高其耐磨性 ,采用回归旋转试验设计方法 ,进行快速拟磨损对比试验 ,建立了强化材料的磨损规律数学模型 ,并绘制了负荷—速度—磨损量三维曲面图 .经耐磨性、强化材料磨损规律的分析 ,得出化学镀镍层性能最好 。
Presents the fast contrast tests performed to improve the wear resistance of imported engine cylinders by the quadratic rotary combination experimental design method,and the mathematical models of wear rules established for materials under test,and the worn curved surfaces(load-speed-wearing capacity)drawn,and concludes from experimental results that the nickel chemical coating is the best material with good abrasion resistance for hardening cylinders.
