摘要
本文研究了 Cu∶KNSBN晶体光折变材料参量的温度特性 .用光折变理论分析了文献 6给出的 Cu∶KNSBN晶体两波耦合增益系数 Γ随 2 θ在不同温度下的变化关系 .得出了该晶体有效电荷密度 Neff,有效电光系数和电子 -空穴对抗因子乘积 Rreff随温度的变化关系 .
The temperature dependence of photorefractive parameters of Cu∶KNSBN crystal has been investigted.It is demonstrated that the gain coefficient Γ of two wave coupling is a function of the crossing angle 2θ of two beams at different temperature.According to fitting of Γ 2θ experimental date in Reference 6,the temperature dependence of the effective photorefractive charge density,the effective electro optical coefficient and the hole electron competition factor have been derived.These results are useful to optical information processing.
