摘要
基于温敏探头包层折射率随温度变化引起其传输损耗变化的基本原理,本文提出一种温敏光传输模型,运用该传输模型分析温敏探头有关参数对传感器灵敏度的影响,并设计了传感器。实验表明,在35~45℃范围内,传感器温度分辨率ΔT≤0.1℃,最佳分辨率可达0.04℃。
Based on the light transmission loss effect of the probe induced by the change of refractive index of a thermosensitive cladding, a temperature dependent fiber optic transmission model is proposed, which is used to analyse the influence of the related parameters of the probe on the sensitivity of a modified cladding fiber optic temperature sensor. An experimental sensor has been designed and set up. The measured temperature resolution is ⊿T≤0.1℃, and the optimum value is. ±0.04℃ in the temperature range 35~45℃.
