用高温固相反应法合成了掺钐的镉铝硅酸盐玻璃 ,室温下测量了样品的透射光谱、发射光谱、激发光谱和近红外发射光谱 ,研究了玻璃中钐离子的光谱性质 .在 488nm Ar离子激光激发下 ,该玻璃在 12 0 2 .5 nm、12 93.5 nm及95 7.5
Sm-doped Cd(3)Al(2)Si(3)O(12)glass was synthesized by solid state reaction. The transmittance spectrum, emission spectra, excitation spectra and near infrared emission spectra of the glass with the excitation of 488nm Arf laser were measured at room temperature. The spectral properties of Sm3+ ions in the glass were investigated. Under 365nm, the sample emits intense orange-red light peaked at 603nm due to (4)G(5/2) --> H-6(9/2) transition. With the excitation of 488nm Ar+ laser, the sample gives rise to intense near infrared emission at about 1202.5, 1293.5 and 957.5nm.
