摘要
介绍了一种高频光强调制LD泵浦Nd :YVO4 /KTP激光无合作目标测距、测厚实验系统。对系统的各单元及整体进行了测试 。
An experimental system for distance or thickness measurement of modulated high frequency laser generated by LD pumped Nd:YVO 4/KTP without reflector is presented. Each unit as well as the whole system are measured. Relatively good results are obtained.
