摘要
本文通过对525套大型滚子轴承疲劳寿命数据的分析,证明了大型滚子轴承疲劳寿命服从三参数威布尔分布并且确定了大型滚子轴承可靠性系数α_1的值.此结果为合理评价大型滚子轴承的可靠性和准确预测其高可靠度下的寿命提供了有说服力的依据.
By analyzing 525 life data obtained form field reliability tests carried out on three types of large roller bearings made by three different manufacturers, the fatigue life of bearings is proved to follow three-parameter Weibull distribution and the values of a1, the life adjustment factor of reliability, are determined.
