摘要
本文首先对强迫再生颤振的机理进行了研究,指出这是一种由强迫激励激起的机床再生颤振失稳模态的共振,提出了强迫再生颤振的判别方法,并用于第二汽车制造厂M_x-4车床振动类型的判别.本文还提出了对稳态颤振下的机床切削系统建立门限自回归模型的原理,揭示了极限环与稳态颤振之间的关系,提出稳态颤振下的机床切削系统是一种轨道稳定的非线性系统,并用于M_x-4车床颤振的研究.
The mechanism of forced regenerative chatter is studied. It is pointed out that the chatter is a kind of resonance of regenerative instable mode caused by a forced excitation. A method for judging the chatter is developed and it has been used in the judgement of the vibrating mode of a type Mx-4 lathe. A threshold auto-regressive model (SETAR) in time series analysis is worked out and applied to the representation of the steady-state chatter in machine tools. The relationship between a limit cycle and the steady chatter is given. It is suggested that the machine tool cutting system under steady chatter is a nonlinear one in the sense of orbital stability. This has also been applied to the investigation of chatter in the type Mx-4 lathe.
