胰岛素及其受体在脑内的分布与作用 被引量:2

摘要 长期以来,人们认为胰岛素作为机体的许多组织细胞从血液中获取葡萄糖,产生能量,维持机体生存的一个信号,与学习记忆无关。并认为胰岛素不作用于大脑,因为大脑可直接利用葡萄糖或通过胶质细胞转换获取能量。目前越来越多的虽然还有一些异议的证据不支持这种说法,认为胰岛素对大脑不仅至关重要,而且还影响大脑的许多功能,如认知和记忆功能。
