星形胶质细胞GJ及Cx43表达影响因素研究进展

摘要 星形胶质细胞间存在间隙连接(GJ),表达连接蛋白(Cx)43,它将星影胶质细胞连接成功能合胞体。在神经系统的信号传递及各种反应中,通过细胞外离子、神经递质、神经调质及神经元-神经胶质间的相互作用,维持细胞内外环境稳定及某些神经元的功能。脑组织缺氧、缺血、其它损伤等异常情况下,星形胶质细胞间的 GJ、 Cx43及偶联被打破,导致神经元功能失常及死亡。本文就星影胶质细胞GJ及Cx43代表达影响因素作一综述。
