摘要 目的探讨恶性肺肿瘤射频消融(RFA)术后的免疫刺激作用及血清中sIL-2R的变化。方法采用肿瘤细胞VX2悬液种植法建立肺肿瘤模型,进行RFA后,观察原发灶及肿瘤的转移情况,并测定血清sIL-2R的水平。结果RFA治疗后的原发灶生长缓慢,sIL-2R的水平下降,腹腔淋巴结转移率低于对照组。结论RFA后,肿瘤坏死分解产物可刺激机体免疫系统,增强免疫功能。 Aim To study the change of sIL 2R and its possible mechanism after treatment of rabbit lung malignant neoplasmas by radiofrequency ablation. Methods Tumor model was established through injecting carcinoma cell VX2 suspension into the lung. After tumor radiofrequency ablation, the primary tumor foci and metastasis were observed and the levels of serum sIL 2R were detected. Reasults After ablation, growth of the primary tumor decreased. The rate of celiac lymph node metastasis and the level of serum sIL 2R were lower as compared with the control group. Conclusion After tumor radiofrequency ablation, decomposition products of tumor can enhance the host immunity and play an important role in eradicating the primary tumor and controlling the distant metastasis.
