摘要
行星齿轮传动设计是一项较复杂的工作,按常规设计方法,在给定传动比、输出轴转运和扭矩后,为了得到各轮齿数、模数、齿宽、行星齿数和行星轮变位系数等,往往需要先选定其中几个参数,给出传动比误差后才能求出其他参数,难以得到优化方案。为此,本文采用优化设计方法,不仅能获得满足要求的设计参数,而且可以缩小齿轮尺寸,提高承载能力,为设计行星齿轮提供了有效途径。1 数学模型 行星齿轮变速箱由基本的行星齿轮传动组合而成,基本行星齿轮传动大多由单排内、外啮合的NGW型行星齿轮传动组合而成。
The optimization design of an NGW-type planetary transmission gearbox with minimum volume as its objective is discussed and a mathematical model with 5 design variables and 16 constraints has been developed. Actual design results show that, on condition that all performance requirements are met, the gearbox volume can be reduced by about 20 percent in comparison with that by conventional design.
