摘要
机械系统精度受组成系统和相互约制的零部件精度的影响。在设计时,根据条件并考虑相关资料的经验,经分析计算可求得设计方案的数据。然而在多个设计方案中,最终选用哪个方案最合适呢?这就要进行综合评判。本文介绍模糊综合评判法,即根据各方案与理想方案比较,按其理想程度的高低来判别方案的相对优劣,从而确定其相对优先排序。1 理想方案的确立 理想方案是指该方案中各项质量指标取值较合理,既确保产品质量又经济合理,它是前人实践和专家经验和智慧的综合。理想方案的取值是综合专家们分析和评议的结果。
This paper deals with the application of the overall fuzzy judgement method to the comparison of different design plans for system precision. According to the difference in indicating values of geometric precision, the conception of Haiming Distance used in the computation of similar priority ratio has been extended. A fuzzy relational matrix has been worked out by an analysis of the fuzzy relations among different design plans. The rel-ative order of priority for design plans is determined with the out set.
