摘要 1 系统硬件结构 a.计算机部分(图1)。控制系统由加强型CMOS八位微处理器HD64180,两个28脚存储器插座,一个RS422串行口,一个RS423-A/RS232-C串行口和一个传感器及控制电路组成。 The design of an industrial controller for the dyeing process is discussed. The hardware is composed of type STD standard bus series. A new concept, the concept of multiple tasks running simultaneously in computer OS, is introduced. It is thus possible to control various processes with one system, or to simultaneously control several independent dyeing production lines. In the system, an interrupt is divided into two parts, the interrupt processing and interrupt service. Some jobs that have to be done in the interrupt period are transferred to the main program for performance. In this way. the system is able to handle the dyeing processes more quickly and efficiently. Typical control principles of PID and Danlin are integrated to give an optimal control.
