摘要
生产经营管理方式的转变是适应市场经济发展的需要 ,强化企业管理、提高企业经济效益的重要保障。在企业专业分工的前提下 ,实行生产作业单位内部独立核算机制 ,分灶吃饭总体协作 ,并依法建立企业内部劳动监督仲裁管理机构 ,从根本上解决责、权、利、风险“独立”的结合及企业内部单位的生产经营积极性和动力等问题。
The change of the way of enterprise management can meet the need of market economy,and can guarantee to strengthen business management,increase economic benefit.At the presupposition of specialization,we should carry out independent accounting system in the internal unit,carry out coordination among specialized departments,and set up labour supervision arbitration institution by law,in order to solve the problems of responsibility,rights,benefits,risk taking and enthusiasm and motive force for production and management in the internal unit.
