摘要
本文结合东风集团拟在武汉市建设30万辆小轿车总装基地,从而影响地区相关产业发展这一背景,给出了一个相关产业的多目标投入产出线性规划模型.从市政府的角度,设置了市财政收入、税收和职工工资总数最大,市外调入尽可能小这样两个目标,选用多目标优化的ε-约束法作为求解这一模型的运筹形式.对7个相关产业进行了分析,同时开发了基于这一模型的计算机决策支持系统.
A multiobjective input-output model for an economic analysis of interrelated industries is presented. The model is developed against the background of a decision the Dong Feng (east wind) Auto Conglomerate has made to build an assembly base of an annual output of 300 thousand cars in Wuhan, the effect of such a situation on the related industries in this area and the development target of the interrelated economic sectors that has to be decided. The Wuhan Municipal Government has set two objectives; maximum financial and tax revenue and total wages and minimum total import from economic regions outside Wuhan. The e-constraints method is adopted to. operate the model. A computer-based decision support for the model has also been developed. The validity and effectiveness of the model and the DSS are shown by computing results.
