A New Distortion Calculating Method for F0 Lens and Fourier Transform Lens

本文分析了Fθ透镜和Fourier变换透镜畸变像差的特性;讨论了用常规成像光学系统像差计算程序准确计算这两类特殊透镜、特别是高精度Fθ透镜畸变像差的两种行之有效的方法,给出了有关的计算公式.

Based on the paraxial image height defined for various types of lens, the aberration characteristics of distortion for F lens and Fourier transform lens are analyzed and compared with those of image-forming lens. Theoretical formulae for calculating distortion are given. Two novel methods for calculating the distortion of F lens and Fourier lens with conventional program on the aberration of an Imageforming optical system are proposed. The conventional program has been modified and its function extended. The concepts, procedures as well as specific features of the methods are described and some formulae are given.
