农村家用圆筒形水压式沼气池水试压方法的探讨

ON THE HYDROULIC TESTING METHOD AS APPLIED TO THE CYLINDIC HOUSEHOLD HYDROULIC BIOGAS DIGETER IN RURSL ARAE

通过对《农村家用水压式沼气池质量验收标准》(GB4751—84)的分析认为用水试压法验收按《农村家用水压式沼气池标准图集》(GB4750—84)建造的圆筒形沼气池,存在达不到最大试气压力800mm·H_2O和贮气间漏测的问题。本文试以8m^3(产气率0.25m^3/m^3·d)沼气池为例,提出了改变测试水位的水试压方法。

On tbe basis of an analysis of The Standard Index for Check and Acceptance of the Quality for Household Hydraulic Biogas Digesters in Rural Areas(GB4751-84), it was found that when the test was applied to the cylindrical biogas digestera constructed according tc the standard of The Collection of Desiqns for Household Hydraulic Biogas Digesters in Rural Areas(GB4750-84), the prescribed method could not achieve the regiured maximum pressure of 800mm·H_2O.The prescribed method was also problematic about etc of the gas. Based on a sample biogas digester of 8m^3 (with a gas-producing rate at 0.25m^3/m^3·d) , of An improved hydraulic pressure-measuring was presented, in which the water level in the tese waes altered.
