摘要
对来源于神农架地区98个品种菜豆的嫩荚干物质、粗蛋白质和粗纤维含量进行了测定.结果表明,上述三项品质指标的含量范围分别为6.83~13.29%;15.43~28.17%(占干重);14.53~30.19%(占干重).通过系统聚类,98个品种被划为11大类群,各类品质比较的结果是:第6、2、4类群的群内平均粗蛋白质含量在11个类群中均属最高,而粗纤维含量均较低.第11类群的粗蛋白质含量中等,但粗纤维素含量最低.第1、3、5类群的粗蛋白质和粗纤维含量均处于中等水平.第7、8、9类群较差,粗纤维含量均最高,而粗蛋白质含量中等.第10类群最差,粗纤维含量中等,但蛋白质含量最低.
Dry matter, crude protein and crude fiber contents of the fresh pod of 98 cultivars originated from Shennongja mountain area were determined. The value ranges of the above three quality indeces were 6.8~13.29%, 15.43~28.17% and 14.51~30.19% respectivly on dry weight basis. Cluster analysis showed that the 98 cultivars cluster into 11 groups. Quality evaluation of the 11 groups is as follows: 1) Group 2,4 and 6 are top quality groups, i.e., their average vaules of crude protein(on fresh weight basis) are highest than the rest of the 11 groups with lower than average crude fiber contents 2) Group 11 contains middle-level crude protein and lowest crude fiber; 3) Groups 1, 3 and 5 contain both middle-level crude protein and crude fiber; 4) Groups 7, 8 and 9 contain middle-level crude protein and high crude fiber; 5) Group 10 contains lowest crude protein and middle-level crude fiber.
