摘要
经室内测定,用200—400ppm农用链霉素、新植霉素处理带有甘蓝黑腐病菌的花椰菜种子,可以完全消除种子所带病菌,而且200ppm农用链霉素处理的种子的发芽率和发芽势均不受影响,因此可用作花椰菜种子的消毒剂。
The effects of three bacteriocide on Xanthonmonas campestris pv. campestris was studied in the laboratory. The results showed that streptomycin, xinzhimycin and amban are able to inhibit the bacteria. Seed treatment with 200—400ppm of streptomycin and xinzhimycin can eradicate bacteria. No adverse effect on seed viqors was obsersved when treated with 200ppm of streptomycin.
