保留灌肠肛管插入深度的探讨

Investigation on the depth of the tube in enema after retention enema

目的对保留灌肠肛管的插入深度进行研究 ,以解决病人的不适感。方法将 2 6 0例保留灌肠者随机分为观察组和对照组各 130例 ,在其他条件相同的情况下 ,观察组将肛管插入深度为 2 0～ 2 5cm ,对照组按常规插管 ,观察两组患者便意感及保留时间等情况。结果两组便意感 ,保留时间比较 ,经统计学处理 ,差异均有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论插入深度为 2 0～ 2 5cm能使药物保留时间延长 ,明显减轻便意感。

Objective To study the depth of tube in enema after retention enema to ease the uncomfortable among patients.Method 260 cases of patients with retention enema were randomly divided into experiment and control group. At the same condition, the depth of tuber for experiment group was 20 to 25 cm, the routine tuber was used in control groups.The felling of defecating and retention time was compared betweeb them.Results There was a significantly difference in the felling of defecating and retention time between the two groups.( P <0.05).Conclusion 20 to 25 cm tuber depth can prolong the drug retention time and reduce the felling of derecating remarkably.
