气管内开放式与密闭式吸痰效果比较

The comparison of the effect on the phlegm sucking of the trachea Interior open style and closed style

目的比较密闭式吸痰与开放式吸痰的临床效果。方法实验组 36例气管插管及气管切开的患者应用密闭式吸痰管吸痰 ,对照组 38例用开放式吸痰管吸痰 ,两组患者年龄、病情、气管插管及气管切开时间经统计学分析P >0 .0 5具有可比性 ,两种吸痰方法从肺部感染发生时间、感染率、痰阻、工作量四方面比较。结果实验组肺部感染发生时间延迟 (一周后 ) ,感染率降低 ,与对照组间差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,痰阻发生率两组间差异也有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,工作量实验组 (平均 16s/次 )明显少于对照组 (平均 2 8s/次 )。结论密闭式吸痰效果优于开放式吸痰 ,能降低肺部感染 ,防止痰阻。

Objeclive To compare the effect of phlegm sucking by the trachea interior open style and closed style.Method In experiment group, 36 cases of patents with trachea cannula and trachea incision were undertaken closed style tuber phlegm sucking.38 cases of patients were undertaken open style tuber phlegm sucking as a control group. Two groups were comparable in terms of age, series of illness and time for trachea cannula and trachea incision( P >0.05). the time of ling infection, incidence rate, phlegm block and work load between them were compared. Results the time for lung infection in experiment group was delated(one week),and lower incidence of infection. There was significantly difference compared with that in control group( P <0.05).there were significantly difference in incidence of phlegm block and work load between the two groups( P <0.05).Conclusion the effect of closed style phlegm sucking precede open style phlegm sucking. And can reduce lung infection, prevent phlegm block and reduce nurse working loads.
