不同年龄猪胃肠道胰高血糖素样细胞的分布和密度

REGIONAL DISTRIBUTION AND FREQUENCY OF PANCREATIC TYPE GLUCAGON -LIKE CELLS IN GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT OF DIFFERENT AGED SWINE

本实验采用免疫组织化学方法对不同年龄猪胃肠道胰高血糖素样细胞的分布和密度进行了观察。结果表明:胰高血糖素样细胞仅存在于58天胚胎的大肠粘膜上皮中,且数量极少;而较广泛地分布地于68天胚胎的胃贲门区、胃底区、空肠、回肠和大肠粘膜中。68天胚胎大肠中此类细胞的数量明显多于58天胚胎。1—2日龄仔猪胃肠胰高血糖素样细胞的分布和密度与68天胚胎相似。成年猪胃肠道的此类细胞只存在于空肠、回肠和大肠,且密度减小。

The regional distribution and frequency of pancreatic type glucagon—like cells in gastrointestinal tract of different aged swine were studied by immunohistochemical techmique. A few pancreatic type glucagon-like cells were detected in the mucosal epithelium of 58-day embryonic large gut. In 68-day embryos, these cells widely distributed in the cardiac and fundic regions of stomach, jejunum, ileum and large gut. The large gut of 68-day embryos had obvious more glucagon-like cells than that of 58-day embryo. The regional distribution and frequency of these cells in 1-day to 2-day postnatal piglets were similar as those in 68-day embryos. The regional frequemcy of the glucagon-like cells decreased in adult pigs. They were only observed in the mucosa of jejunum, ileum and large gut of the adults.
